Hinduism is not only a religion but also an Indian socio-cultural lifestyle. After the decline of Hinduism over time, many Hindu scriptures' teachings, such as the Vedas and the Upanishads, were distorted and replaced by superstitions and dogmatic thoughts, the effects of which were visible in society. Hindu socio-religious reform movements in nineteenth-century India played a crucial role in the transformation of Indian society. They tried to reinterpret the scriptures and use the new knowledge to bring about fundamental reform in Hinduism that suited modern life. Also, they could present a new definition of Hinduism to the world. However, there were reasons behind the formation of these movements.In this research, the author has tried to introduce two Hindu socio-religious reform movements in the nineteenth century to examine the reasons, conditions, and characteristics of the characteristics of Hindu reform movements.The author has also tried to examine the relationship between Islamic teachings on the formation or reinterpretation of the Indian philosophical and social system by using the case study method on the Ramakrishna and Yogananda movements, in addition to identifying the characteristics of the two.

520 $a هندوئیسم نه تنها یک دین بلکه سبک زندگی و بخش مهمی از ساختار اجتماعی-فرهنگی مردم هند است. پس از افول هندوئیسم از قرن هفتم به بعد، بسیاری از آموزه‌های مقدس هندو، مانند وداها و اوپانیشادها تحریف شد و جای خود را به خرافات و افکار دگم داد که می‌توان آثار آن‌ها را در جامعه دید. جنبش‌های اصلاحاتی اجتماعی-مذهبی هندو در قرن نوزدهم در هند نقش مهمی در دگرگونی جامعه هند ایفا کرد. آن‌ها سعی کردند متون مقدس را بنابر نیاز روز مردم و دنیای مدرن، دوباره تفسیر کنند و همچنین، از دانش جدید برای ایجاد اصلاحات اساسی در هندوئیسم استفاده کنند که نتیجه این تلاش‌ها ارائه تعریف و تصویر جدیدی از هندوئیسم به جهان بود. در پس جنبش‌های اصلاحاتی اجتماعی-مذهبی آیین هندو یک سری رویدادها و دلایل نهفته است که نگارنده در این پژوهش کوشیده با معرفی دو جنبش اصلاحاتی مذهبی-اجتماعی هندو در قرن نوزدهم (مأموریت راماکریشنا و یوگاناندا پارامهامسا) به بررسی دلایل، شرایط و ویژگی‌های جنبش‌های اصلاحاتی هندو در هند مدرن بپردازد.همچنین مولف تلاش کرده است با استفاده از روش مطالعه موردی بر روی جنبش های راماکریشنا و یوگاناندا، علاوه بر مشخص کردن ویژگی های این دو مورد، ارتباط تعالیم اسلامی بر شکل گیری و یا تفسیر مجدد سیستم فلسفی و اجتماعی هند را بررسی کند.
