This study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of digital platforms on the Arab audience watchimg satellite TV channels through a survey of the opinions of sample of Arab audience who follow digital platforms, amounting to (550) individuals, using the digital questionnaire as a tool for data collection. This study is a descriptive study in which the researcher used the survey methodology to reach the results, the most important of which were as follows: 1. .The final results revealed that the Arab audience has the intention to continue to follow digital platforms, as they prefer to follow the (Netflix) platform more than satellite channels, because of the services and offers that are distinguished from them, which attract Arab viewers to them as they are free of commercial advertisements, and to ensure that no 2. The follow-up to digital platforms in general and (Netflix) in particular came at a high rate, and those films benefited from the most followed content on the (Netflix) electronic platform, and this platform also provides exclusive shows for what is shown in major international cinemas. 3. The benefit of following Netflix's digital platform is that there are no ads while following media content, as an advantage everyone is looking for to make viewing more fun, making it a point of distinction for Netflix. 4. The ease of use of Netflix's digital platform is represented in the ease of access to media content within the platform, due to its dependence mainly on the Internet, which is characterized by the required speed and quality. 5. The difficulty of using the (Netflix) digital platform is that the (Netflix) platform needs a high internet bundle, which is a hindrance as the high quality offered by this platform requires the consumption of a large internet bundle. 6. The most prominent obstacles to using the (Netflix) platform are the interruption of broadcasting caused by malfunctions on the Internet; as a result of the poor infrastructure required by this network in terms of hardware and software, or as a result of the constant need to purchase Internet bundles because this platform consumes large bundles of the Internet due to its high quality.
