This unique and timely book offers a synthesis, analysis, and evaluation of education-related rulings of the US Supreme Court from 2005 to the present. Throughout the course of the twentieth century into the twenty-first century, the Supreme Court issued rulings, which frequently vacillate based on the political composition of the justices who sit on the bench.
