It will be discussed preoperative preparedness, essential neurocognitive assessments, and how to provide a patient for cooperative operation step by step. Intraoperative requirements and appropriate neuro-monitoring will be pointed out along with surgical nuances accompany by helpful photographs. Finally, the postoperative management, how we should control the patient in the short-term and long-term, and what investigations are necessary postoperatively will be explained.
