This book gathers the latest advances, innovations, and applications in the field of sustainable territorial development of the Arctic, as presented by international researchers and engineers at the International Scientific Conference Arctic Territorial Development: Challenges & Solutions (ARCTD), held in St. Petersburg, Russia, on September 29-30, 2021.
