This book is a practical guide to using artificial intelligence with motivated employees in companies and organizations. You will learn what the prerequisites are for people to look forward to productive collaboration with "intelligent machines". Because this is the only way to leverage the full potential of AI. This book is a translation of the original German 1st edition KI im Job by Andreas Moring, published by Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature in 2021. The translation was done with the help of artificial intelligence (machine translation by the service DeepL.com) A subsequent human revision was done primarily in terms of content, so that the book will read stylistically differently from a conventional translation.
