The purpose of this project was based on the premise that young adults from Phoenix, Arizona, were not able to connect a God-centered missiology to capable logistics for short-term missions team ministry in the Spanish-speaking Americas. The project delivery was remote video and static materials combined with a series of practical projects leading to the proposal of a hypothetical short-term missions team ministry in a place of their choosing in the Spanish-speaking Americas. Objectives included a measurable self-evaluation and expert evaluation of readiness to coordinate short-term missions teams and identification of skills needed to represent senders, goers, and hosts.
