Vietnam Baptist Convention needed a new seminary to fulfill its vision of planting new churches and growing the existing churches. This project focused on curriculum design and development for this seminary. Chapter One provided the rationale and context of the project, the ministry and professional objectives, the limitations and delimitations. The chapter covered the project process for developing a curriculum for the Baptist seminary in Vietnam. Chapter Two established the biblical and theological foundations undergirding the project. Samuel, the schools of the prophets in the Old Testament, Jesus, and the Twelve in the New Testament served as the foundation for the project. Chapter Three covered the literary review and research of the existing Bible colleges inside Vietnam and the seminaries in Southeast Asia. The research results informed the requirements of a curriculum for the seminary that would equip the students to serve effectively in the Vietnamese ministry context. Chapter Four proposed a curriculum for the new Baptist seminary in Vietnam. The proposed curriculum included standard seminary courses and unique courses contextualized for Vietnam's culture and ministry context. Chapter Five summarized the project, evaluated the result, and suggested next steps for the implementation and continuous evaluation of the curriculum. Personal reflections and plans for the future concluded the project report.
