This study examined the impact of daily math quizzes on the academic progress and engagement of high school students. High school performance in math has indicated college readiness and adulthood success. Poor mathematics skills have a greater impact on adulthood than poor literacy skills. The purpose of the study was to analyze the intervention of daily math bell-ringers on both academic progress and student engagement. Results are reported.
