The purpose of this study is to examine the roles, actions, knowledge, and perceptions of EFL teachers that employ CALL in EFL teaching form acts. The survey was conducted at 5 higher-education institutions in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The intent of the study is to discover the extent of access to, understanding of, and use of the currently available CALL technologies by EFL teachers. It also aims to explore teachers' attitudes regarding CALL, its implementation, and their perception of the effect of CALL usage on student outcomes.A survey questionnaire consisted of a 5-point gradient Likert scale was to obtain responses from the study sample of EFL teachers. A quantitative analysis of the data was conducted using descriptive statistics; frequencies, percepts and standard deviation and was coded to note possible themes that emerged. Finally, the data were analyzed and concluded for findings. Overall, the data presents a positive perception by EFL teachers regarding their technological competencies. On a deeper note, it must be observed that this positive perception is held to a stronger degree by the teachers in the 20-40 age group than those in the 41-60 age group. This is followed by recommendations for further study and the possible use of implementation in existing or planned programs.
