We investigate in detail three cases of ram pressure stripping, a mechanism for gas removal in the cluster environment that can quench star formation in spiral galaxies while leaving the existing stellar disk intact, in Virgo Cluster spiral galaxies. We use an exten-sive multiwavelength data set, including HST and ground-based optical and Hα, VLA 21-cm HI, GALEX UV, and Spitzer IR images, to characterize the effects of ram pres-sure stripping on the galaxies' ISM and stellar populations, in both the disks and tails of stripped material, in unprecedented detail and spatial resolution. We describe a num-ber of features that have been predicted by simulations, and many that occur at smaller spatial scales not yet achieved by simulations. Our observations and analysis confirm that ram pressure stripping is a primary evolutionary driver in these galaxies, and we de-scribe characteristic structures and timescales, as well as the physical processes taking place during stripping.
