The problem to be addressed by this study is useful options for areas with reoccurring hurricanes and sea level rising. Climate changes have accelerated the rise of sea-levels and have caused extreme changes in global water cycles. These changes are relevant to the development, velocity, and intensity of hurricane weather. Because of climate change, evidence show that warmer sea-surface temperatures will result in stronger storms. Rising sea levels will cause costal storms to be more damaging with intensified storm surges, causing coastal regions to be at higher risks for damages and the population, property, economics, and death rates will also be impacted. This introduced exploration of study presents fundamental changes that should be taken by coastal regions, states, and the federal government to take preventative measurements and mitigation steps to reduce loss of lives and economic constraints that will avert additional hardship on the federal government, states, and citizens. The results are hoped to produce a valuable guideline to determine how far inland residential housing should be moved in areas where there are reoccurring hurricane disasters. The purpose for conducting this study of exploration is to provide the public and community services with a diverse way of addressing the global warming issues related to hurricane disasters that will ultimately reduce loss of lives and global expenses related to hurricane disasters. The qualitative study will provide a mitigation avenue to prevent against impeding hurricane damages prior to the hurricane disaster occurrences using information from guided interviews of professionals in the field of hurricane disasters along with present pre-review articles from leading climatologists. The key results will be determined through research questions.
