520 $a Method. College students rated their stress levels using the Standard Unit of Distress Scale (SUDS) before and after engaging in a selection of virtual reality applications for five minutes.
520 $a Results. Participants demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in stress levels after engaging in the virtual reality application(s) as measured by changes in their SUDS scores. A significant difference was noted between pre-test (median = 5) and post-test (median = 2).
