The main questions addressed in the papers are, "How should we understand China's growth model, the characteristics of its economic development and its status in the global economy in the new era?", "What does "unbalanced and inadequate development" mean?", and "What are the risks facing the Chinese economy and regulatory means at present and in the near future?" Dexu He is the director of National Academy of Economic Strategy, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), and doctoral tutor of the graduate school of CASS. His major research interests include macroeconomics and finance, financial institutions and financial markets, and financial security. Chaoyang Wang is an associate research fellow from National Academy of Economic Strategy, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), the editorial director of Finance and Trade Economics, and Master's tutor of the graduate school of CASS. His major research interests include financial reform, financial services industry, financial centers, and the service economy.
