This research paper, "Composers as Parents: Selected Twentieth-Century Piano Works Written Fathers for Their Children," focuses on compositions by Igor Stravinsky, Luigi Dallapicola, Dmitri Shostakovich, Xavier Montsalvatge, and Norman Dello Joio.
