Polypropylene (PP) with different graphene particle loadings were synthesized using Xylene solvent with a different combination of temperature and magnetic stirring. The dispersion of graphene on polypropylene and its crystallization structure were characterized by an X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyzer. By using a Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy instrument, chemical bonding between molecules was ensured and thermal properties were investigated by a Thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) as well as by a DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter). There was an excellent balance between Young's modulus and a slight reduction of elongation in the break and enhancement conductivity with increasing temperature, as well as graphene loadings which were tested using a rheological instrument.
