Fix an exact symplectic manifold M and a support Lambda inside it. From this data one can construct a category Lag of Lagrangian branes and cobordisms between them, where higher morphisms are given by higher cobordisms. In this work we construct a functor from Lag to the infinitesimally wrapped Fukaya category of the pair (M,Lambda) and give further evidence for the applicability of Lagrangian cobordisms to symplectic topology in general. Along the way we prove that any two branes related by a compact brane cobordism are equivalent objects in the Fukaya category, and when M is a cotangent bundle in the range of the h-cobordism theorem, any compact brane cobordism is diffeomorphic to a cylinder. We also discuss applications toward a proof of the Nearby Lagrangian Conjecture.
