According to Christian A Schwarz's NCD a survey was taken of 1,600 active Christians in Europe who speak German; 80% of them were not aware of what their gifts were. He says that this is the most fundamental reason that the principle of "All man priesthood" is not realized in the land of Europe where Reformation took place. If so, we can say that the situation of the Korean churches is more serious.

520 $a Accordingly, the aim is to implement the consulting project of the NCD gift-based ministry in five churches and to help the churches reach the grade of 65 points of health baseline in their qualitative characteristic of the gift-based ministry.
520 $a The five churches implemented the Ministry Project toward the churches whose element of minimum baseline was the gift-based ministry and the churches which were near the minimum baseline. It was implemented so that the natural church growth could be eventually done by increasing the grades of the gift-based ministry and the functional structure among the eight NCD characteristics.
520 $a As a ministry implementation tool for this, I use 'three colors of ministry' and 'PLACE' which are the tools of the NCD gift-based ministry. As a evaluating tool I use the NCD questionnaire profile and MAXIMUM HEALTH.
520 $a As a result of that, out of five churches four brought about qualitative growth of the gift-based ministry remarkably. Overall, it was up by an average of 9 points. The grade of all five churches was below 65 points before consultation but three accomplished more than 65 and two became healthy with more than 70. Also, there was a simultaneous effect that three churches' grade of the functional organization became higher than 65. Consequently, the average NCD grade of all churches was up, the grade of two churches exceeded 70, one exceeded 65 and another one made 62, thereby coming near the health standard. Eventually, this project was proven to be the project that makes the gift-based ministry and the functional organization healthy.
