Universities are struggling to support college students' mental health and well-being. With finite counseling services available, it is imperative to explore upstream, strengths-based approaches that may benefit students holistically. This quantitative, quasi-experimental study was conducted to evaluate whether a four-week program, using validated positive psychology interventions (PPIs), would improve college students' flourishing and well-being. The PPIs were applied to all undergraduate students within an elite Midwestern higher education institution during the 2020-2021 academic year. Data were gathered through a pre- and post-survey, Keyes' (2009) Mental Health Continuum Short Form, to compare flourishing and well-being before and after the four-week program. The results of this study substantiated that the four-week LIFE program had a positive impact on college students' well-being during the first semester of the academic year, even during the worldwide pandemic. While most students started the year either moderately mentally healthy or flourishing, their overall well-being scores improved after the four-week program as did scores for social and psychological well-being. Emotional well-being scores did decrease slightly, although that could be attributed to normal transitions of first-year college students.
